OK, I know it's a strange request, but there used to be little derringer kits that you could buy and you just had to make the side/breech plates for them. They were made by Et Cetera, RPB FMJ and a few other and tended to run about $40. For some reason I've got it in my head to build one of these, but I can't find any of the kits now (yes, I know they are POSs). Anybody have any idea where to find one or even a kit you want to get rid of?

The ones I'm talking about look like this (not my auction) http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=62010762 but came as parts and you had to cut the side plates yourself. I'm sure they are junk and I have no idea why I want one other than it would be something interesting to put together on a rainy day. |
