I've been using the wilderness tactical products nylon mag pouch for a while, and well, it sucks.

It slides around a lot, and is in the process of eating a hole in my belly.  That, and their customer service is severely lacking.

I've been googling my ass off, and can't seem to find any single, horizontal, leather pouches.

Any thoughts?

I ordered a eagle pouch from Blade-Tech similar to that one

I've used this one before and it works very well and doesn't dig into you.

Good Got that Safariland pouch the guy above me linked to is awesome.  I use it for a spare 1911 mag and I dont even notice it.  It is not as quick as an open top vertical to access, but comfort factor is great for me.

Agreement on the Safariland.  I use one for my 1911 and one for my Glock when appropriate.  Comfortable and secure.

Uncle Mike's makes a nylon mag holster that is horizontal or vertical carry.  I use it and I find it comfortable.  Galco is the only company I have found to make a leather horizontal mag holster.  FWIW it does not have a flap.
