How many of you carry while jogging? If so, what gun and what holster? Is there a possibility that your gun might rust if you use it with a shoulder holster and sweat at the same time?

I carry a Keltec P3AT while running, it is very light and not very noticable at all. I have a custom (read as home made) pocket holster I use. The only reason I use it it to keep the pistol oriented muzzle down while running, other than that I could just as easily simply shove it in my pocket.

I think the Kel-tec's probably the way to go - maybe even OC.  You really have to weight the risk versus hassle.

I ran regularly with my M9 in an Eagle fanny pack in Iraq - it sucked, and when the weather got worse and they opened the fancy new Gym I used that as my excuse to stick to the treadmill.

I carry a Beretta 21A Mountain biking, super light but only a .22.

J-frame S&W airweight is what I use. A good solid belt holster will keep it from bouncing as you run. A shoulder nylon holster rig may be an option for you, some folks don't like them though.

When I lived elsewhere I made my own holster.  I basically got two Velcro spandex back braces and cut one up to make a holster.  I sewed it onto the other.  Used plastic inserts to keep sweat off it.

Very comfortable.  Made me sweat my ass off.

Can also use two underarmour shirts

Blue Press had a jogging holster in their catalog at one point, it was advertised as being a holster used by the secret service when running with Clinton, I never bought one because they were like $150.

I will actually put my fanny pack in my jogging stroller (since I run with my kids) but when I run alone I either don't carry (don't like in a real big urban area) or if I do carry it's usually my Seecamp .32 in a belly-band style from a local holster maker.

I run after people at work with my Glock 26 in an Uncle Mikes ankle holster.  Never lost a gun yet.

My ankle gun came loose in  fight once.

USP 9c in a CTAC. I wear shorts with a belt and just cinch it a little tighter for the run.

Glock 19 with IWB kydex. Same rig that I use daily.

PITA the first few times, but it's nice having a decent gun on.

I've tried a belly band for when I'm physically active.  Seems to work better than anything I've found.
