-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i bought a glock 19 from them over 2 weeks ago. my cc was charged on the 26 and now...it's 2 weeks later since they charged me, i haven't gotten anything. according to their web site status checking, it insisted that my order has been shipped. i called the 800 number on the contact page and after several disconnected call (yes they disconnect me 4 times without ever picking up) i finally got a hold of someone. after i gave him my order#. he claimed to "let me go check to see if it's still here or if we shipped it" a few minutes later, he told me that the guys are on break and that he'll call me later to let me know. I haven't got a phone call and i'm getting pissed. 2weeks after i'm charged and no notification of shipment, how long it's going to take, where the hell it is, and elusive employees. if i don't hear anything from them by this weekend. i'm disputing it with my cc and screw them. i'll never order anything from them ever again. |

There is a topic about TopGlock over at www.glocktalkcom. Varied responces but not some place Id like to deal with just the same. I do like their website though. I usually get stuff at MiamiGlock who has stuff in stock, will tell you if it is in stock or not, and who will answer the phone and NOT rape you on shipping charges. |

That guy is going to have to start paying you sooner or later, Vanilla  Ordnance does have decent prices on damn near everything, and I have yet to hear anything bad about his customer service. |
Trust me, I'm not doing it for James, I'm doing it for those who buy from him. I have never had such wonderful customer service, and I want others to get to experience that, instead of dealing with businesses like Florida Gunworks. James still believes in deals based on a mans words, and he does business for the purpose of providing good customer service. I believe that should be rewarded. I can't say enough good things about him. He's the only guy ever to take my hard-earned money and not make me feel like I got screwed. The prices are nice, but the customer service is what you really pay for. Doesn't hurt that he's right down the road either. I guess you're right though, I better stop hollering ORDNANCE or people are going to start suspecting something. |
Just giving you a hard time And I say DONT stop praising James at Ordnance!! In fact, thank you. When there are businesses out there that do bend over backward for you, people need to know about it. Those are the businesses that truely deserve all the customers they get, and its our part as the customers to pass the word along.
