| I'm more than likely purchasing a handgun off of a friend who is over the age 21. I am only 19 so my father will be the one who the firearm is actually getting transferred to. I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to PA's handgun laws because I haven't really ventured into this aspect of firearm ownership quite yet. Does anyone know if my friend and my dad will be able to go into the store and transfer the handgun, or is there a waiting period in PA? Hey thanks for any help. If anyone is interested in knowing what it is it's an older Ruger Blackhawk in .357. Getting it for a decent price and actually it is one of the few handguns I've shot that I can hit anything with. I usually shoot pretty poorly but with that thing I can hit a coffee can over and over. |
