Isaiah 1:18 - "Come now, let us reason together," says the LORD: "though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow"

Not really red dot related, but fyi since most of us with red dots use weapon lights.
Love the TLR7 and have two older units mfg 10/2019. I have a lot of optics and lights (long gun and pistol) so I started a note on my phone with battery install dates. I noticed I was getting ~ 6 months until the TLR7 would be dead with very minimal use so I assumed I had parasitic drain. I called streamlight and they said send em in. Sent off Tuesday and got them the 1.5 weeks later on Friday. They replaced all the internals and new bezel/LED assembly. Only cost was my outbound shipping to their facility in PA ($15). Pretty happy with the experience and glad to have the nearest guts with all the soft updates in my lights. |

Was adjusting zeros today.
3 rounds of Federal 147 fmj at 15 yards freehand. g19 gen 3 stock other than RMR Red x was first impact ahead of adjustments I can also confirm that the Federal 147 fmj and 147 HST have exact same POI at 15 yards Attached File |

Last time I had a parts issue they sent me out a replacement lens at no cost. Nice to know they’re still taking good care of folks. |

The zero confirmation is more for windage at 100. If the distance targets are left or right, I’ll adjust, or if I’m especially low or nearly at point of aim at 100 I’ll adjust, the reconfirm back at 15. It seems my 15 yard target is about the same, but big difference out further. Try it! You might be surprised! |

I already had the harness and everything so I simply swapped out the holster portion. They offer it as a package deal but it’s almost $350. Attached File |

I also can't really imagine a real life situation where I would be firing 600 rounds since I normally only carry one spare mag or sometimes two spare mags at most. |

The lense might not get so dirty if it was farther back and had the iron sight as a tiny little shield. Maybe. Maybe not.
I'm curious if that was the case, would there be a little outline of the sight on the lense |

Iron forward is the way.

Got my 48MOS zeroed today. Nice and rainy for the first time shooting it. Never had an issue with the dot due to water on the lens. I think this will be by new summer carry gun.

The previous owner had filed the rear posts down (I had to do a little cleanup work) but hadn’t done anything with the front posts. I hand filed the front posts slightly until it fit flush. |

The Glock 20.4 (white slide) is my brothers EDC/ campus carry gun. He does live in a rough part of town. Optic is an RMRCC and the slide was milled for the RMRCC. The G19.5 (green slide) is my EDC gun also has an RMRCC and the slide was milled for it. Both slides were milled by a local gunsmith, turned out pretty damn good. |
