I would probably grab up one of the Sig P226 trade ins. A friend of mine just got one from Aim Surplus and it's almost as nice as my bought on Xmas morning P220 DAK (From another place). Just a couple of little nicks and it looks like it just came out of the box. For $400, I don't see any negatives.

Another question
If I go with a sig. I see DAK guns are pretty cheap. I am not really going to shoot it that much most likely. So if I go sig DAK. Do I got 229 or 226? If 229 which one? I have seen pictures of 2 different slides on the 229. |

AIMs 226 for $339 and about $15 shipping is not to bad either.

I picked up an FNS40 (ns+3mags) for $360 and M40A1 for $370 shipped/transfer included at the beginning of summer. Both brand new and Steyr had my $50 rebate to me in a month. S&W rebates both took 3 months and Walther took 4 (with multiple calls).

I bought a Glock 23 Gen 4 police trade in for $369 from Aim Surplus last month. I could tell the gun had been shot after taking it apart and cleaning it but the pistol couldn't have had more than 50 rounds through it. The pistol was like new without a single mark on it. For $369 I was very very happy.
