I have the target model Mark 3 22/45 , I was wondering what types of scopes do any of you recommend for this type of pistol .

Not trying to hijack your thread, but was wondering how you like it. I'm planning on buying one w/ a 5.5 in. barrel.

I've got one and like it pretty well, its ammo sensitive, it doesn't like any brand of the plain lead bullets, constantly fails to fully chamber them, three or more per mag., tried different mags with the same results, so its the ammo, but have had very few failures with the cci stingers and fed. hyper vel., get 1.5" groups at 25yrds. off a bag with them, have never tried any of the target ammo, so I don't know how they'll function.

1.5 " groups at 25 yards is awesome, thanks for the info.

I like mine but the only thing I have against it is when you first cock it the gun it is real hard to pull the slide back. But my wife enjoys the gun , so that makes me happy .How
As far as hijacking my thread who cares . We are here to ask qeustion's and find info .

My 22/45 was that way too. I run Winchester DynaPoint and Federal both are copper plated ammo and use a Volquartson Exact Edge extractor ($11) and haven't had a jam since (about 6K rounds ago).
