I orderded a holster from them and had a problem with billing. I called and got to talk to a real human and everything was resolved. They just called me again to make sure everything was properly resolved. That what I call service. Just wanted to give them a public thumbs up!

I called them once and asked if they had a double speedloader holder for a 1.25" belt. They patched me through to someone in production, and they said, "No. But if you want, we can make one for you." - which they did.

BT is an awesome company.

+1. I have had overa dozen flawless tranactions. And their stuff is the best too IMHO...

A big +1 for them. Every dealing I have ever had with them has been top notch. If only Eagle would be so accommodating on custom orders, I would be a happy guy. I love their stuff, but getting them to make an OD case for my M1A is beyond frustrating

+1 about Blade Tech.
They are a great company with awsome products. I just recently got a holster from them for my 5.7 IOM and they rushed to me as I requested so that I can take with me on upcomming trip. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their service!

All of my holsters are Blade-Tech. Only thing I don't like is waiting for a month to get them.

Blade Tech is great. I use them for everything I can't get a UCR for.
