| I cannot decide on one. Bravo Concealment, Raven Concealment, Alpha, or another brand? I want something that is nice, but worth every dime. I really like the fact that I can switch the kydex holsters from inside and outside the waste band and that they hug tight to the body for good concealment. I no that Raven has a lifetime warrenty and I like that, but what about the others? |
I recently got a holster from Stephen at Aegis Armory and it's been extraordinarily comfortable and a pleasure to wear. The attention to detail is there with the kydex flaring out at the grip and nice rounded edges on the leather. You can wear it IWB or OWB, and it can be adjusted with six positions for the clip. I paid $62 shipped; he has a wide choice of colors and turn around time is really fast. He can do a variety of guns with lights as well. This is also the ONLY place I could find a high quality kydex/leather holster in lefty for a ruger sr22.

I too like the crossbreed for my iwb holster.
all of mine are lefty. but my guns are pretty common. so I got mine pretty fast. don't forget they offer 10 percent off for nra members. I don't carry owb very often. mostly only when I do idpa stuff. and then I just use a paddle holster. seen those that can be changed to multiple configurations, but never liked the idea of kydex against my skin. also was afraid of that ok at all of them, just not great type thing. the paddle holsters for owb carry are pretty cheap. but they aren't that great at concealing. so I only use them during range stuff. so I guess that depends on how often you would use it like that, to decide if you need a great owb holster. |
