You want a 9mm Beretta, Glock MANY choices.

44 mag S&W or Colt.

I want a .40 cal...
Who do you suggest?
I was kind of thinking of the HK USP? or P2000?  or do I play it smart and go with the Sig 229 like a lot of LE recently?

What I have...

Beretta 92 F 9 mm
HK P7M8 9 mm
Sig P 232 .380
Glock 17 9 mm
Kimber CDP on Order .45

Im getting a S&W 640PD for pocket carry soon.

Between the USP or P2000.....I think the P2000 fits my hand better and has the adj. grip inserts to fit your hand.  It's also one of the most ambidexterous guns out there, if that matters to you.  you also might want to consider a springfield XD40.  I see you already own a HK and Sig.  This way you can round out your collection and save a few bucks in the process, IMHO.

I vote Sig , the 229 was designed ground up for the un neutered .40

Not to mention that it also loves the .357sig  which is how I carry mine

Go with the Glock 23.... it will complement your G17 nicely.

I like my XD40, but my Sig 229/.40 is my favorite.

In .40 I have:
HK USP
Sig 226
Sig 229
Sig 2340
Glock 27
Springfield XD-40
Walther P99

and out of all of them I would take the HK USP, but I wouldn't mind being "stuck with" any of them.  Buy quality and you never go wrong.
