Besides the 1911, are there any other handguns in 45 ACP currently in use or issued to the US military forces?

HK MK23 and HK USP, unsure about the HK45.

in VERY limited use by special ops personnel would be 1911's, and H&K's as mentinoed above

IIRC, the HK MK23 is supposed to be being replaced by the HK45C.  

My understanding is that many units were already using USP 45Ts instead of the MK23s anyways.  

Other than that, there are UMPs in limited service as well.  I know it's not a handgun, but it at least provides a DODIC to order .45 ACP ammunition to keep 1911s in service in limited numbers.
