ok I've got the itch for a retardedly large revolver.
my local shop has a Taurus model 44 6" blue for $300 brand new.  also the Stainless for $350 also new.
whats the scoop on these, good? bad? ugly?  should I just save up some more for the raging bull?

it would mainly be for target shooting though I would probably use it for hunting Javelina(wild pig) a few times just for fun.  my experiences with magnum revolvers is limited to firing my fathers Dan Wesson .445 supermag(with .44mags in it) and his Desert Eagle, also in .44.  so I know what I'm getting in to.

just curious as to what the Arfcom army thinks

I owned one for a while, it was a great gun for the price.  Yet it did take me quite a bit of practice to be able to hit a damn thing....

I like them, I say get it and enjoy it.
