[ARCHIVED THREAD] - SW99 .40 Stength and Weaknesses

If anyone currently owns one of these handguns and has put alot of rounds through it please let me know your opinions on it overall. I just bought one, but as of yet, haven't had a chance to fire it.

i love my 99c .40.

very quick on subsequent shots...a very fast pistol to shoot. i've been pleased.

I love my SW99 40cal. It has over 2000 rounds through it without any malfunctions. Quick follow-up shots. Points well and is accurate. It has eaten anything I have put through it. I carry Winchester SXT 180gr or Federal Hydra-Shok 180gr personal defense rounds in mine. It makes for a great CCW gun.

It's biggest weakness is it's in .40 short & weak!

I love mine. Its got 2k+ through it with no problems. Hell I tried a few boxes of wolf and had no problems.
I'm running 165gr's win white box and speer gold dots because for me I think I'm getting faster followups over 180's.
