Looking for a left-handed pistol complete with left eject (tired of dodging hot brass), safety, and mag release.

I am aware of the Dlask and Randall left-handed versions of the 1911 but they both cost over $2k.

Anybody know of a reasonably priced southpaw pistol?

Beretta 1934 ejects straight up. Other than that, I think you're SOL as far as the ejection.

Walther P38 has left eject, don't know about the controls though.

Well, the Beretta 8000 and 8040 (9mm and .40) are wonderful handguns and great pistols for left handed shooters.

They do not have the left handed ejection (about 99% of guns these dont) but you are able to use the mag release and dekocker and safety from the left hand side just the same as you could from the right hand side.
Here is a pic of my Beretta 800 Cougar:

USP is mostly ambi.

aside from the two you mentioned earlier, the only pistol with all ambi controls is the P2000, but it still has RH ejection.

The best HK P7

Something to take a hard look at  HKP2000

Cheap old standby Glock

Too bad about the ejection. I'm left handed and have never had an issue with brass. Good luck.

Walther P5 has left hand ejection.  List is high but they can be found at shows for far less than list.

There was a leftie 1911 produced by Falcon called the Portsider. Everything is reversed on this gun. It's been a number years since I saw any ad for the gun, probably been out of production. Currently I don't know of any handgun manufacturer making left handed guns.

Left handed pistols are pistols you shoot while holding in your left hand.

+1

The HK P7 is the best for a left or right handed person. The HKP2000 is a good choice too.
My Father is left handed and he shoots Glocks, my P7 and a Walther P5.

Thanks for the recommendations.  Don't know why but I really want a pistol completely designed for a left-handed shooter.
