Since they came out with the M3X and M6X series, which is rated for much harder use and greater weather resistance than the M3 and M6, respectively, does anyone here even entertain the idea of buying the M3 or M6? I'm looking at the M6X myself. |

| My first light was the M3. It served me well on my duty gun for awhile. My only complaint about it was the recoil of the gun would turn the rocker switch off and the light would go out. I've since upgraded to Surefire's X-200. I think it's better built and still fits in my holster. My M-3 is on my home defense weapon. |
