Every manufacturer has a gun with adjustable grips.
I have never tried one out.
What is the advantage?
Is there an objective study or ????? out there that supports having adjustable grips?
Or is it all subjective and/or anecdotal?

Generally, if I buy a gun I practice with it until I gain an acceptable level accuracy.
What would adjustable grips do for me?

Fit the gun to your hand, Same  thing as different sized pants.

We were issued XDM 40's back in the fall.  The adjustable grips are a plus when it comes to making the weapon more comfortable in in the hand.  Wasn't sure about the feature until I tried it but after shooting several rounds and changing them out a few times I found a comfort spot.

Good luck.

Just gives you the ability to fit the gun more comfortably.  A more comfortable fit translates to better shooting, all other things being equal.

I get the fit the grip to your hand.

So if the gun is a standard issue gun for a department, you are getting a gun that can be modfiied to fit different people's hands.
Does it necessarily make you a better shooter?
Has there been any studies doen to support this?

the more comfort the better. When your hands fit something you have better control of said item.

run 15k with a incorrect shoe size  over or under does not matter then run a 15k with correct fitting shoes.
