I'm sure this has been covered before, but is there any difference in quality between stainless steel and blued steel magazines for 1911s? I'm planning on buying a bunch of Chip McCormick mags once I finally get my weapon. Thanks in advance everybody. |

Wilsons are great ... I have wanted to try out Chip's PowerMags but I haven't worn out my Wilsons yet. Anyone that wants to purchase a batch of Wilsons let me know...if there is enough interest, we will get a group purchase going. I think 47D's would be about $20.00 shipped. MT |
Put me down for 5 at that price shipped |
What he said. I'm in for 5 47D's, for $100 to my front door, maybe more. |
Actually...Tripp's (www.TrippResearch.com) are better BUT they are more expensive and I dont know how much better then the Wilson's you really need. ETA- If you are a C&R you'll get your mags cheaper then List at Brownells |

It looks like there is an interest in the 47D Purchase. Direct any questions to [email protected] so not to abuse AR15.com Bandwidth. This sale would be a non-profiting transaction. The real cost is what you would pay and would not exceed the amount stated above. MT If this is not allowed by AR15.com please delete my post. |
+1 for Lumpy! Saved my bacon a while ago when I couln't get mine to function properly with other mags. Started running Wilson's...not a hiccup since. |
