A lot of it depends what C&S did. Generally anything they do will cost more than the value of the gun, not a knock on Charles Daly, but C&S does great work and they charge for it. Personally I would not drop custom gun prices on a Charles Daly, just because it will never be a "real" BHP as far as collectors go and retained value.
If the price is right I would pick it up, just make sure you know what work was done and find a way to confirm C&S did the work. |
