Nice review. I also bought one from Aim back in the day but sold it about a year ago at a gun show. I miss it. Some of my issues with it: The factory 10-rounders had very stiff springs and sometimes the slide wouldn't fully chamber a round. This was fixed by purchasing some 13-round MecGar's, but they wouldn't fully drop free for some reason. The trigger was a little inconsistent, but this was mostly fixed by removing the magazine safety. The things I loved: Handled +P loads like a champ. I didn't shoot many, but the weight and heft definitely aided in reducing recoil. Regular loads were a breeze. It was also very accurate to shoot. On recoil - when I'd switch from my GLOCKs over to the Arcus, it was incredibly noticeable, and often caused me to flinch slightly expecting more kick. From the perceptions of people over at the High Power Forums, this is the best Browning clone available, and most parts will fully interchange. At the end of the day, I realized I was more married to my GLOCKs given its controls, magazines, holster selections, and its ability to CCW. No need to reload when you run outta ammo with the Arcus, though...just hit them with it.
