My Local dealer has a used BHP "Target", wood grips, high quality deep blue, factory adjustable target sights, pistol is a pre assembled in Portugal model, overall about 95%+ orriginal condition. Has 1 factory Browning 13 rd magazine and no box. Sticker price is $600 but will deal a bit. Good price or not?

Depending on the def of "bit" I would say a good area to start dickering from, esp. w/ the adjustable sights, if you intend to keep them. The excellent condition of the pistol "should" be an indication of its mechanical condition. My only thought would be excessive use of +p ammo or hot handloads. No way to know, but probably not an issue, given the description. You can get a box from Browning IIRC.
