What weapon lights have y’all used on these? I’m wanting a weapon light for night time use when fixes or coyotes come around.

The integral VFG really pulls the look together. This is what I envisioned when I first took on the CP33 SBR project. A wannabe MP7.

Just scored the last one in stock at PSA Greenville on Saturday and a FarrowTech CP33-SB brace (Happy New Year to me) as a new suppressor host. A couple questions for y'all in the know...  Will this pistol cycle with subs, suppressed?  And is there a mount that accommodates a Burris Fast Fire 3 where I can still use irons?

Yep, mine runs a few different types of subs, suppressed.  The Aguila subsonic round is the most accurate round through my gun that I've tested so far, out of about 6 types

9" long, 0.5" high. I removed front and rear sights.

I chopped this one down to fit as finding a riser long enough was a bit of a challenge.

Very nice. Really wishing I nabbed one of these at the old price.

Few deets on the side charger here.

https://www.thektog.org/threads/anyone-converted-their-cp33-to-a-side-charger.275687/post-2512559

Have updated the design a bit, but still tweaking.  Cutting the slot is the biggest issue.

The VFG is tight.  My hands aren't small, but they fit fine.  Might be different if you wear gloves though.  I was trying to keep the front flush with the upper, but will try to push it out a little more to make some room.  The button for releasing the stock looks like it's in the way in the pic, but it's really not.  And, obviously, isn't there in the non-folding stock version of the grip.

Hmmm. Now I’m interested.

What type of prices are people seeing on these in today’s market? Best I can find online is ~$450. I haven’t seen any available locally.

I haven't seen an integral one but you can easily run any aluminum pic rail via the MLOK slots.

Bump to keep this thread alive!

Thumbing through this thread inspired me to purchase a CP33. Still waiting for it to arrive at my FFL.

Who has the best prices on extra magazines? Best I can find is ~$40 + shipping through some of the usual drop ship suspects.

Anyone thought about chopping one of these down yet?  I was looking at an exploded diagram of the upper and got curious enough to detail strip it, it was fairly easy to get the barrel assembly out, and it sure looks like it would be pretty simple to shorten and rethread it and move the front plug/barrel support piece back to build a shorty suppressor host or the basis for an integral.

Finally found a used one, with box and goodies for $400 at lgs. Thank God! Was about to frop 600+ at the neighboring lgs. Whew!

Time to order a brace (farrowtech) and an optic. What ranges you guys getting out to suppressed? Was looking at the Romeo red dot that has the BDC dots and maybe a 3x mag, but if it's not getting past 100y accurately, then no point I guess.

Thinking about plastidip spray on the grip.

I just ordered one in midnight bronze.

Will post pics once I receive. Going to look for a brace and get that loader now.

Eta-ordered the Farrow tech adapter with tail hook and the loader as well.

Finally got one of these ordered.

Got a .8" riser, +17 mag extension, farrow tech brace, AFG, and a Holosun waiting for it.

If it meets expectations I'll SBR and VFG it.

Mine came in today.

Installed the brace and a Romeo 5 I had here.

Loaded both mags with the mag loader from Amazon and proceeded to rough zero it and put 3 mags thru it.

So 99 rounds(CCI Mini Mags) . The bolt closed under its power each time and had zero stoppages.

First thing I noticed is the trigger is exceptional. Can't wait until my Mask gets here. Just went over 11 months waiting on that.

Still $46 with shipping and tax but did decide to break down and order another one. This probably saves you ~$5 rather than ordering from KelTec direct or GrabAGun.

Anyone using a sling on their braced CP?

I have an extra Magpul MS3 and I ordered a rail mounted sling loop.

Every night when i walk out to the barn, it is an awkward pistol to carry lol.

Thinking this will do to free up the hands.

The proctor sling uses paracord to attach. I’ll try and get a pic of how I did it. Has stayed secured through many miles of squirrel and coon hunting for me.

Got the sling sorted. Finally got my DA Mask, and with the olight it works but I hate the way the light mounts so far off the gun.

Anyone have any suggestions for a more streamlined option?
