So... I run ALOT, I carry while running. I have a leather IWB holster that sits at 4 o'clock in my running shorts and gets secured from bouncing by the waist strap I pod/wallet holder elastic band. shirt goes over it and thus I have a perfectly comfortable holster, doesn't bounce, doesn't get in the way of the camel back(think 12 mile-20 mile runs). PF9 rides in it. I went for a run yesterday and when suiting up I loaded my pf9 and noticed that the slide was rusting on the side that is body side(left). I disassembled the slide and no rust on the inside, and the rust on the outside is surface. I sprayed the gun down with remmington oil, reassembled and went for my run. Any ideas on how to keep my carry setup and keep the slide(and interior) from rusting?
