some people will say you traded down, some the other way.

If you go by what you paid for the G17 and the CZ, i would say $$$ wise you did okay.

but i go by if both parties were happy with the transaction.  if both parties walk away happy , its good.

In terms of dollar value you are the clear winner.

Both are excellent pistols.

IMHO the CZ75 is the finest shooting 9mm out there. You did good in my book.

lol...I will get some pics up ...and someone asked new frame /old frame ..matte or polished...its a B model with a matte finish....I have always wanted a CZ75, since its "approved" by Col. Cooper himself may he rest in peace....and I think  my 1911's feel better for it as well.....

FYI, that's an "old frame". This distinction only applies to the SS 75Bs - they were first produced with the standard-type frame (like yours) but recently were revised to feature the same beavertail as the 75B SA (et al) - hence those are the "new frame".

Oooh, matte stainless, I like!

Shiny stainless looks tacky to me, and belongs on Taurus 92s, not CZs.

I really love the SS model....

I'd love to get one with the "new" frame.
