I know they are strong pistols but is it OK to shoot +P ammo 9mm in my CZ 75b?

It should be but I would not do it on a continual basis. I have shot about 200 through mine and its fine.

European 9mm is hotter than SAAMI +P spec. Your CZ will last a lifetime shooting +P.

They are rated for +P, fear not.

+P works just fine in mine, but some minor frame battering resulted from my experiment with Buffalo Bore +P+. Nothing serious, but shooting a lot of that stuff could be problematic.

You should be GTG. If you shoot a lot, be aware that you'll have to replace your recoil spring more frequently.

I have, shoots fine, recoils a bit more than usual. I don't recommend it though - accelerated wear for no gain unless you're doing this for defensive purposes.

I accidentally picked up some 9mm NATO a few months ago which is supposed to be +p+. After shooting 150 rounds at a match my trigger return spring broke. I don't know know if this is from the extra recoil or the fact I had over 10,000 trigger pulls on it.

9mm nato? As in the "goes in beretta 92s, hipowers, and glocks" 9mm nato?
