Hey guys, Last week I joined the CZ owners crowd as a proud owner of a new CZ 75 D PCR. I absolutly love it. Fits my hand prefectly, conceals nicely and is very accurate. It's my second handgun, the first being an M&P .40. This firearm seems very refined and well built, time will tell. The only disappointment thus far has been the 10rd magazines it came with, I sould have got the 14 rds. Somewhere in the ordering process this was mixed up. If anyone knows where I can get some 14 rd mags I'd appreciate it. -CThor |

if there was an ordering mix up or the box was mislabeled..call CZ-USA up..they may switch them out for you.. otherwise look for the mecgar 14rnd compact mags.. midway has them. also this seller on gunbroker..he is a good seller. have bought from him a couple of times..very happy. http://gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=111290823 |

Here's a good place for CZ goodies: ghostholster.com. A bit of caution: Angus is on Team CZ, so he travels to shoot quite a bit. Don't be surprised if your e-mails aren't answered right away. He IS a super nice fella though.  2 years ago I couldn't spell "CZ" & now I have three of them.............  CZ is THE best kept secret in the gun world right now, IMO. They're cheaper than the "Big Boys" & shoot just as well, if not better. |
Yeah whenever I was thinking about buying the SP-01 Shadow I first started talking with Angus via email. After I decided to buy it, I emailed him but never heard anything back so I called the shop and ordered from Rob. Since it was a wednesday whenever I emailed Angus, I thought that I might have to wait a few days since he might be traveling to shoot. Rob was super nice and very easy to order from. Great guys and like BobCole said, CZ is the best kept secret right now. |
My CZ 75B .40 also came with 10-rounders. I checked their website and they claim those are for the states that still have that crappy mag limit. Well, the Hell of it all is, I am in AZ, NO mag limit, but I got 'em anyway! SO I bought three 12-rounders from a good company that wasn't ripping us off for $28 per mag (I don't mean CZ, I mean the aftermarket). |
| When I get back to the States I'll make it my Christmas present to myself to find some 14 round mags. Thanks for the advice. Czech isn't that far from where I am, I wonder if I can get some cheap mags here in Germany and bring them home... I bet TSA would have a shitfit. |
