What weight recoil spring does the factory put in the full size CZ75 SP-01 ?

The flat wire SP01 spring is rumored to be 18 lbs and the 75B factory spring 16/17 lbs.

Any of them in that range should work fine with normal pressure ammo.

The 75B factory recoil spring is 14lbs. I would expect the SP-01 to be the same, however from the above post they may have upped it a bit.

That's what I thought too.  14lbs for the 75B, 16lbs for compacts.  Not sure if they have a different spring rate for .40s&w or not.

I think at one time they were using 12lb springs from the factory. I usually toss the factory spring at the initial cleaning and put one of my own in now.

My Single Action was really weakly sprung so it may vary quite a bit in what you get from CZ.
