On my C-100 the slide appeared to be coated with the sights installed so drifting it the first time was a pita because it was essentially painted in place. CZ mags work fine. Factory CZ grips and VZ grips fit my C-100 just fine without any modification. The Caniks are an excellent value. Great pistols for the $.

| You may be able to get some Canik mags, (Mecgars) through Tristar in KC. I have 3 of Caniks, a T100 and 2 Stingrays. Both use the compact mags, yours uses full size, iirc. The Canik mags are made by Mecgars so they are very good quality. I also believe the Caniks to be a great buy and very well made pistols. Get some before everyone finds out how good they are. |

That's the same thing people used to say about CZs. Back in the day when I got my first CZ I had heard that saying. I have stuck with the real CZ's for years now and have never been disappointed. However....the Turks are coming up with better and better stuff. I just got a new Mossburg SA-20 Tactical shotgun that is made in Turkey and its a very nicely made piece. |
