Can anyone recommend a high quality (fully adjustable) rear sight for my stainless CZ75B. Something from Novak or Millet perhaps?

Getting the slide cut for an LPA rear sight like the Shadow Target is probably your best option. LPA makes these, too, they just look a little goofy installed...

I ran across those too, but the name wasn't familiar? Nothing really wrong with the stock sights, I don't carry it so I thought I would tune it up a little. Never was a fan of fixed sights, but the gun shoots where you point it. |

For a carry gun I absolutely agree, fixed sights are the only way to go. In a defensive situation you're point shooting anyway, and would probably do just as well with no sights. With old eyes, there are better options for a range gun................ |

With old eyes, there are better options for a range gun................ Not sure why you think an adjustable gives you anything more than a fixed sight in terms of visibility. Take for instance the stock rear sight on the TS - it provides a larger blade than just about anything else, including the common adjustable fare. (Heck, I think the blade on the comp sight on my Shadow might even be bigger than the typical adjustable.) My older friends all tell me that nothing beats a dot for old eyes.
