I have a CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom and would like to have the trigger worked on.  I want to reduce the pull and eliminate (or shorten) the pre-travel.  I also do not want to be without the gun for a month or more.  In reading some information on the internet it seems the decocker makes the job more difficult than normal and I don't think I want to do the work myself.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good gunsmith that has experience with reworking the trigger of a Phantom?

There's CZ Custom, couldn't tell you what the turnaround time would be like.

You could try Matt Mink. He would probably have it back fast. I've had two CZ pistols with triggers worked on by him, they were nice.

Wow,  trigger jobs for the Phantom are expensive.  The decocker must require more parts or labor or both because they all want about $50 more to do them vs the non-decocker models.  Thanks for the suggestions this is the first CZ I've owned and I am still learning my way around.

More labor.  I just tore into my SP-01 Tactical yesterday.  Yes, the decocker makes any work smoothing out the action more difficult but not impossible.  More complicated to disassemble and put together again.

The CZ trigger is more complex than many. I picked up a new 75 on a special locally last December before the mad rush began. It has the Omega trigger...and that is sweet! I see no need for a trigger job on that pistol. Got a  nice deal. Its the 75 B with the trillion night sights, three magazines and the Omega trigger and came in a special upgraded case. I think it was $530 at most.  I thought it was a fair deal. Like that pistol. What I really liked was that it really didn't need a trigger job for me. Much smoother than my older CZ's.
