Looking at sights at CZ Custom for my 75. Will PO7 sights work for the 75? Looks like the same sight cuts, but couldn't tell for sure. I just have a hard time getting a good sight picture with the stock sights, so I would really like a higher front sight post and less muddled rear sights. Thanks for your guys time.

Your best bet would be to ask the guys at CZ Custom. I would suspect that you would need to also replace the front sight as it would be the wrong height. The P-07 slide is shorter than your 75 is. What sort of site are you looking for? They list several models that will work with the 75.
