Want my 75bd pull down a bit. Its just too stiff. Ive heard decocker models can be a chore though? Anyone have luck with this?

If you can manage it. Send it to CZ custom to have a compition hammer, polish job done. I had this done to my SP01. It's very smooth and light.

If you can't afford that.  Take it apart and hit all contact points with a dremel and a buffing wheel covered with Flitz.

the comp hammer wont work in decocker models. Seems like just springs.

Thats not true... They have a safety version and decocker version of the comp hammer. The installation of the decock costs a little more, because of the increased diffaculty in dissasemble. I had one installed on my SP01 Tactical when I bought it from CZ custom. It has the best DA pull of any of my CZs, even my safety models.

I would try a lighter main spring first and see how you like it.  I went with a 15 pound spring instead of 13 and could feel the differencen from stock.  The springs  only cost $4.50 at CZ customs website and take about 5 minutes to install.  I usually just shoot single action in my 75B so I didn't try the lighter 13 pound spring.  It is an easy upgrade to try before spending on custom work.  David

You might also consider getting an extended firing pin especially if using the 13 lb hammer spring.

I did this for a SA/DA.  Well worth the money and the difference was huge.

This is the kit you want: http://www.cajungunworks.com/cgw_4.html

Get a 13 lb mainspring.  It has been 100% in my gun.
