Picked up a CW 45 a couple of months ago and finely got around to shooting it. I was going for the 9mm because of the size but after talking with my friend at the store i went with the .45. Bigger is better, right?
Have put 250-300 rounds through it and this is what I have found.

The sights are fair, need to be replaced with night sights when i get the money.
The gun is very accurate, could not be happier.
Does not like reloads, appears to have a very tight chamber and did not like the 200 gr flat point. will work more on that.
No problems with WWB 230 ball and Remington 230 GS that was not shooter caused.
Appears I hit the slide stop with my thumb 3 times and locked the slide. I wish it had a stronger spring.
Recoil is not to bad, not as sharp as a 40 but more than a 9mm
For the price,$240 I could not be more pleased.

Thanks for the review.  I have a CW9 and have been eyeing the 45 for a while now.

I got a CW45 a couple of months ago after seeing them at a gun show. I have only put 50 rounds thru it, but they were all my reloads and they worked fine.
I use 230gr Berry plated RN bullets with AA no7. I use the same reloads in my glocks too with no problems. I have not tried hard cast boolets, but reloads
should work in your kahr.

I love my CW9, and I decided to finally get a CW45 for bigger carry without the weight of a bigger gun.
Long story short: I just accidentally bought 2 CW45 Kahrs recently. I'm picking them up new, untouched, never loaded, never shot. Let me know if you might want one for $375.

Ha! At $240 you stole it!
No wonder you like it.

Bought a new one myself yesterday.
Had a few issues in the first 50 rounds but I've not cleaned or polished it yet.
They seem to be decent guns.

I've had my CW9 for a while and I love it.
