I'm thinking of putting a mag well on my fullsize Springfield 1911A1.

Anyone know what mfgr Springfield uses on their 'Professional' model ?

The Smith & Alexander magwell is about the best. This is the one Springfield uses on the FBI model

Do they use the same Mag well for the TRP?

No they don't. The well for the TRP Operator is an in-house made type. There is an PC9112 Operator from the custom shop that uses the S&A well though

How well is it fitted? I do not really care who makes the mag well, but I care about the quality of the blending and fit job. Does anybody have a picture of the fit/blending of a TRP mag well?

Not really any blending to do on the TRPs. Springfield doesn't bevel the frame at
