Just picked up a stainless loaded, and I am thinking of taking off the ambi safety and putting on a right handed only, also thinking about a mag well. Any help / locations for parts would be appreciated.
P.S. - I'm new to the 1911, but not to CCW.

The usual suspects will have all parts you'll ever need: Brownells, Midway, Denny's Shooter supply, Cylinder & Slide, Wilson & Ed Brown.

Order a Brownells catalog as Bob said. Its as thick as a book! They have every part you can imagine and more! I love them...
