Hey guys, if I buy a used XD does the warantee transfer over to me or if something goes wrong after a few boxes through it am I out of luck and on my own?

From what I have heard, Springfield kind of just fixes any XD you send in. I have a new one, though, and I haven't had to send it in, so I don't know from first hand experience. The generally accepted opinion seems to be that they will fix it, though.

I agree with thesmiter1. I've heard lots of great stories about Springfield's XD warranty service, and I've never heard of a single instance where they turned someone down because they weren't the original buyer.
Buy with confidence.
