How reliable will this gun be?

I own a Micro, but not the GI model. I have the alloy frame & it has a ramped bbl, which greatly enhances feeding reliability.

Does the GI model offer a ramped bbl?

Same here. I have a Micro that has run fine. Accuracy is good. The original trigger sucked. 6.8 lbs. I had it worked to 3 lbs.

Bought one way back when they were $425. Ran good and then I sent it off to the custom shop. Still runs good- just looks and shoots a whole lot differently

Don't recall if it was ramped or not before the custom work. I believe they are though.

Yes on the ramped bbl (just ran to the safe to check mine).

I have the GI model, picked it up on a trade for my G26 (enough said).
Very reliable hand gun and has become my regular carry piece.
It always goes bang when I need it and great accuracy out to 35-40 feet, I can still hit paper further out, but not as good as I can with my Champ Operator.

I did remove the US grips and put Hogue wrap arounds on it.

For both the regular micro and the GI model, what are the going prices for these?    Thanks

No clue on the GI model, but the "loaded" model with alloy frame, night sights, etc. will run one in the $900+ range, usually. There's both a model with & without a light rail, IIRC?
