| What did you have done? Which kit did you go with and how much of a difference did it make? I'm looking to get some work done but I would like to hear how yours turned out? Thanks |

I do my own trigger jobs on 1911's using the Ed Brown sear jig tool from Brownell's. It's only $39.85 and works quit well.
The instructions are clear and I can get a 70 series set to 3-31/2 lbs. in about 20 mins. I practiced with a few stock sear/hammers I had laying around. |

I put in the Springer Precision kit with springs and a new sear. My shooting drastically improved. Well worth the time and money. I can actually group at 25 yards now. With the stock trigger, it was hit and miss.

I just ordered a Powder River spring kit. only bout $15.00 then done some polishing and now they are only pulling about a pound and a half ...give or take an ounce or three. Very nice trigger especially for less than 22.00 including shipping and about 15-20 min. |
