Yesterday must have been XD .45 day, from all the range reports. DAMN! This is a SWEET pistol! My 14yo has already tried to steal it. I actually had this heinie mini keg hovering in the air from multiple rapid hits. We had to keep dragging it back out of the creek. FYI, those Bud aluminum "bottles" are excellent targets, too.  |
Today, I'm sending my XD45 Tactical off to Springer Precision for a Competition Trigger Job to be set at 4lbs. and a "Factory Cleanup"(aka polishing internal parts and fitting the slide to the frame a bit better...). I should have it back in a couple of weeks...  |
