I am intersted in the new XD 40.. anyone have any comments?

Yes. Avoid it like the plague. Just kidding. Personally I would never buy a gun like this because I have no idea about how much availibility of parts will be down the road. New slide? New trigger group? New barrel? Who knows what we'll need some day? And will your parts be there? I'd bet "no" on the XD-40. My .o2

 I never thought about that, I better buy another one to make sure i have spare parts.
