[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Problem with cqc holster

Anybody out there have a XD and a blackhawk cqc serpa holster. I got one today and the fit is looseon my 9mm. I am thinking they only make the one size and it has to accomidate the 40 and 45 also. I have a feeling it fits the 45 good but is lacking in the 9mm. If anybody has one and the fit was loose what did you do to tighten it up?
Or if anybody has a 45 does it fit tight I could just have a bad one.

Did you try adjusting the tension screw thats just under the release button? I have a cqc for my usp compact , and when I first got it I thought that it didnt fit. Once I adjusted the tension screw it was fine.

Yes I have tightened it up to the point the gun would not come out of the holster and it was still loose.It has up and down movement at the muzzle of 3/8" or more. That may not seem like much but I have a cqc for a glock 22 and a 1911 and they have no movement.

Ok 2 people with no problems so I guess I will see about checking out another one at a local shop and see how it fits hopefully I just got a bad one!
