[ARCHIVED THREAD] - XD trigger finger

So I went to range today, and decided to take the XD .40 that my wife had pretty much claimed as her own. Everytime I shot it, that damn trigger felt like a knive going through my finger. I looked at it and it seemed fine. What gives?

I get that in my finger when I don't have it positioned right but maybe it's just me.
