Just picked up an XD45ACP today.  Can't wait to get to the range.  I've never had a polymer frame gun.  I am amazed at the simplistic design.  I would say my hands are "average" size and the XD45 fits me nicely.  Glocks fel a little awkward to me, and HK's are WAY too big for my hand.  I'm pumped.

Congrats. I may be picking one up at the gunshow tommorrow too. That is if I cant find a good deal on a 1911.

The XD definitely has a better feel to the grip than the Glock.
