| Playing with my new XDs 9mm, when dry firing it the trigger stays depressed. Is this normal? My XDm 9mm does not do this. |

Quoted:
It is normal. The XDS is not mechanically likely the XDM or XD. When you cycle the slide it will reset the trigger on the XDS. On the XD/XDM there is a trigger spring to return the trigger. Ah, ok. That makes sense. Are there any good trigger mods out there for the XDs? It feels kinda gritty compared to my XDm. |

Quoted: We are redesigning the parts we had ready before the recall. We expect them to be ready for sale within 6 weeks. We are not reducing the springs that may impact safety to reduce trigger pull or improve feel with the XDS. How is that, before the recall Springer did not have solution for a problem. If you re designing the parts are you leaving people who sent the guns early on ice. Does it means that ever trigger on XDs will be different? |

We had part designed and prototyped for the XDS, and then the recall happened. We have since re-designed the parts, and they are compatible with the modifications made in the recall. We will not have parts for XDS's that have not been "upgraded" in the recall. |
