When they did/do the repairs, do they remove the PRP spring kit if you installed one? And if so, why didn't they send it back with my pistol? Sorry if this has been covered. I just can't seem to tell if mine is still in there, although the trigger does seem a tiny bit heavier. Thanks for any info.

Sorry,but if those springs meant that much to ya you should have put your pistol back to stock before sending it in,

I remember someone posting in the original recall thread that they called and asked about aftermarket springs.  They were told that if they were replaced they woukld be sent back with the pistol but not installed.  

Now if that actually happened I have no idea.

Not that important, just curious. The kit is cheap. I think I can afford another one. Thanks for your concern though.

Are the 5" 45acp pistols involved in the recall? Or is it just the XDs pistols that are recalled?
