Neither are ready right out of the box for any sort of competition short of being a paperweight. Both would require better sights & trigger, minimum.

What sort of competition are you referring to?

I would get a Mil Spec ( not the GI) and get night sights and some good internal parts (Trigger, sear, hammer, extractor)

Or pay the same for a Loaded.
