If you want it for outdoors carry, there are two roads to go, one cheap one expensive.  Bianchi makes a model for hunting/etc. that is black nylon and inexpensive.  for a bit more protection and more class, El Paso Saddlery can make you a "Tanker" style with pig skin lining and stamping, and it will look like the old WWII classic shoulder holsters but be very, very high quality.

For concealed carry, go to ebay or other places and look for the leather shoulder holsters with back straps and no front strap that were used in the '70s and '80s.  They are good, just not as comfortable as they stick it in your arm pit and secure it only with a back strap - a fair compromise for CC. S&W and I think Bianchi made those predominantly.

Ted Blocker Lifeline
Ted Blocker Mountaineer
Simply Rugged

Great products from both of these outfits. You can tell them what you need and they'll work with you, and they've got the experience and talent to back it up.

Blocker was doing a "Dirty Harry" style for a little while as well, but apparently the outfit that has the rights to the original got hinky about it, so I don't know if they're still available. hth

There was a huge thread on this on the S&W Forum that has apparently disappeared.

Lawman Leather makes one, but I can make no testimony to their business practices. Never had anything to do with them. http://www.lawmanleathergoods.com/

This is the classic "CC" type I was trying to describe.  It's in the classifieds right now:

I like Galco vertical shoulder systems.
