| Anyone familiar with this little jewel? I need to find a replacement spring that holds the latch closed. Also the cylinder stop is square on top, not rounded like I would expect. Is this the way it is suposed to be? I am wondering if it might be chipped or something. |
Try Numrich or Wolff.
Hope not, because that's how mine is.

Hello SHADI Are you speaking of the S&W Mark II .455 British revolver ? If so I have One. The cylinder stop that is in the bottom of the Cylinder window which comes up into the cylinder when advancing it, is supposed to be cresent shaped. if you man the cylinder stop Lug which is Located on the right side just behind the cylinder and is supposed to stop the cylinder from comojg back when Pointed into the air is supposed to be flat on top. Here is my British mark II .455 Revolver chambered in .45 Colt. This one saw service time in Britian and was carried by a Canadian Royal Navy Pilot in World War I.The adjustable sights were added on in the late 1940's and are Micro Brand who was later bought out by The King Gunsight Corp.
