I have a very old Taurus model 66, 4 inch in .357mag.  The cylinder has locked up, will not spin and will not swing out.  I am not a revolver guy so I don't knopw what to make of it. Any ideas on how to get my wheelgun running again?  The trigger assembly still works fine.

Is it loaded?

No, it was unloaded.  I got it working, though.  The ejector rod was coming unscrewed and binding on the barrel.

Had this problem with several Taurus revolvers at the Gun shop I worked at.
