hey guys,
i have a 44 rossi 5 shot snub nose special.

takes 44 spl ammo

i bought it back in 94, never really shot it that much,

heres the problem, the thing shoots fine, but, when it gets time for the cylinder to rotate when pulling the hammer back, the cylinder is not rotating, this problem happens only on the 4th hole.

i thought at first it may have been the index star, but its not worn down or missing any grooves,
my 2nd thought, was it was the spring located in the grips, but it doesnt look damaged and has plenty of tention.

so before i take this thing to the gun smith or sell it.

does any one have a clue what the prob could be?

thanks guys
